These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bazaarlist ("Service"), operated by Kaznaka LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Bazaarlist is an inventory management and listing tool that helps resellers manage items, generate marketplace listings, track sales, and monitor profit. The Service is provided "as is" for personal and small business use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@bazaarlist.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that items you list through Bazaarlist comply with the rules and policies of each marketplace where you post them (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, etc.). Bazaarlist is not responsible for marketplace policy violations.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Bazaarlist, including item photos, descriptions, and inventory data ("Your Content").
By uploading content, you grant Kaznaka LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
The free plan allows you to manage up to 10 items at no cost. No credit card is required.
Pro plans (Monthly at $15/mo, Yearly at $120/yr, or Lifetime at $300 one-time) are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for monthly and yearly plans).
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that provides Pro access for the lifetime of the Service. If we discontinue the Service, Lifetime plan holders will receive at least 90 days notice.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Bazaarlist uses Groq's AI inference API to generate listing descriptions based on item details you provide. AI-generated descriptions are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any description before posting it to a marketplace.
We make no warranty that AI-generated descriptions are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular marketplace or purpose.
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data to improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Kaznaka LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service without our written consent.
"Bazaarlist" and the Bazaarlist logo are trademarks of Kaznaka LLC.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We recommend keeping backups of important inventory data using the CSV export feature.
Bazaarlist is a tool for managing and generating listings. We are not a marketplace, broker, or party to any transaction between you and a buyer. We have no control over and no responsibility for the outcome of any sale you make.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAZNAKA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kaznaka LLC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account → Danger Zone. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
